I want to order the Aus Pulp Fiction disc from them and are wondering if they're a good service? Do they ship fast?

I've ordered 15 or so titles from them. The last two (Happy Together and Insomnia) were dispatched from New York on 14th July and arrived today exactly a week later. I'd recommend them.

In my experience, Axelmusic are very good. The only reason I opt for Movietyme over Axel is the postage charge, making them slightly more expensive most of the time. I tend to just buy Australian discs from Axel and they usually take a week to arrive.

Samdaman94, are you aware that the Aussie version of Pulp Fiction is a 1080i job?

I highly recommend Axel..! You are guaranteed not to get caught and have to pay extra fees, and they just recently started shiping faster and cheaper! I use them all the time, and customer service is top notch!

They're solid. Very good customer service and you're guaranteed no customs charges. Shipping varies though. If it's in stock (green status) they'll ship it the same day, if it's not (yellow status) you can expect an additional 2-3 days before they actually ship it (it says 0-3 on the site, but it's never taken less than 2 days for me.)

Looking at my most recent orders, delivery times have been between 4 and 7 workdays.

Yes, I'm aware that its a 1080i job but I've heard fairly good things about it. Hell, my TV is only a 32" 1080p-er so I guess I wouldn't really tell the difference. If I owned a 52" or something mad like that I wouldn't get it but on my set I assume it'd be alright?

I've used them and Yes they are OK, I'm now using www.dvdworldusa.com they ship really fast from the states. I normally have them in 4 days, and if you order early they normally dispatch same day. So i tend to use them now for my imports.

I've bought ony one thing from them.
Got the Blu Ray exactly two weeks later in mint condition.
I'll probably use their services again in the future.

Wow, cheers for the tip (bookmarked). Seems they pay the VAT for us UK'ers so no extra charges!

I've been a customer of them for over two years. I've ordered dozens of discs from them and while it is a bit slow to get the discs from the States, they do turn up and in mint condition.

I did have a situation where I was waiting for a disc to turn up for over four weeks but after I explained the problem the person in the email told me to wait one more day and if it hadn't turned up by then he'd re-order it for me. It turned up the next day but it was nice to know they'd replace it for me.

The only thing I'd say that's bad about them is that they try gimmicks too often. They had a service going where for a yearly fee, you didn't pay for shipping costs. Problem was the shipping costs were relatively small compared to, say, Amazon's. So nobody really took it up and they cancelled it.

Only purchased 2 Blu's from them, but found their service solid. I'm never in a hurry to receive discs, so a a week or longer is no big deal. As it turned out, Axel were around a week so I'm happy.

I always buy from them.

Shipping times vary, but nonetheless very good service and good prices.

Sadly no korean or japanese blu-rays though. Mostly just USA, UK, Australian, Canadian stuff.
