LOST Seasons without inserts - Blu-ray Forum

I know that some buyers were upset that seasons 1, 2 and 4 of LOST did not include any type of inserts like an episode guide, so I made some myself if anyone wants them.

how do i make it so these custom insert prints the size to fit inside the blu-ray case? I printed from the link but it fills the whole page.
