Thumbs up converters: 12 bit/216Mhz

Is this the ONLY spec one need to be concerned about when deciding
on which player to purchase?

Load time and sound capabilities aside . . aren't we just really concerned with
what kind of picture the player delivers? Crystal clear or just plain old soft and fuzzy? . . . . . . It must (imho) also have a Silicon Reon Optix chip in order
to deliver a superior razor sharp image . . .(plus a better than mediocre TV to show this perfect 1080p picture . ......as well . . . . )

also decent cables . . . .. as well

Is my thinking at all correct?
