Need someone who is familiar with coding blogs (particularly Blogspot).

I have a blog which I can't link to here because I've gotten in trouble for it in the past.

However, I need help trying to implement a banner I have for the top of the blog. Now I have a custom template called "Aspire". If you google Aspire Blogger Template you'll no doubt find that template. It's very cool but the only thing I don't like about it is that for some reason it disables the ability to have a banner at the top of the page.

In the crappy templates that Blogger provides it usually will allow you to load an image into the header block at the top. But this template, even if you load it up in there, it doesn't show.

I need someone who would be able to perhaps work some code into the template that would allow me to put the banner in there.

It would be easier, of course just to get a plain jane template, but I really like this one, plus the banner was done custom for me and it matches the color scheme.

Anyway...thanks in advance if anyone is able to help me out.
