He's not man enough to challenge Pacman. The day that Manny fought Hatton Floyd announced he would fight Marquez.

When asked about it in interviews he said that he doesn't want to fight Manny because Manny has lost matches and he want's to fight Marquez instead. He was also upset that Manny is considered the Pound for Pound best right now.

Marquez will rock him and Manny will, hopefully, rematch Marquez after Manny fights for the title against Cotto.

They couldn't agree on money. Pac wanted a fairly equal split of the money, while Mayweather wanted a huge chunk since he brings in more PPV buys so they couldn't agree on a deal. Mayweather has talked about wanting to fight Pac but Pac's trainer and promoter both said they don't want the 2 to fight, with his trainer saying Mayweather's style is too boring.
