I mean the price is right and the specs look good, but i've never heard of this company before, despite what their website claims. And with an 8k price bracket customer service is key.

Knoll rebadges projectors from manufacturers from infocus. I don't recall what model it is, but the casing seems familiar, it could be from Marantz.
