Default Post Your Favorite AutoMotion Plus Setting

Other than OFF, what is YOUR favorite AMP(motion enhancer) setting?

For standard definition I prefer Low("Clear" On new models).
For HD I prefer Medium("Standard" on new models) or occasionally i'll put it on custom with 4 for blur reduction and 8 for judder reduction.

If you don't have a Samsung, go ahead and put your Motion Enhancer (ex. Motionflow) and preferences anyway. List away!!

Have mine set to High on the Samsung for HD, and Auto 1 [is it?] on Motion Flow on the Sony. No such thing on my Pio baby. But then my Pio needs nuthin to work its magic!

Not a fan - I turned it off on mine - I don't like the way it looks. Looks great for some sports, but I like the 24 fps look of film, which is why I bought 120hz.

I set mine on "standard". Smooth seems to blur the edges

Did they change the setting on the newer models? Because I have standard, clear, smooth and custom (I think). and the custom option lets me adjust two settings 1-10 on blur, and judder.

whats the biggest sized models that have this 3D pop looking feature in them?
I only see LCD/LED with it, do plasmas have it as well?

Seriously? Because even on LOW for mine (LN46A650) it's still extremely noticable...looks like the video is playing almost at 1.5x. I don't even really see a difference for the MED or HIGH settings either. Could my AMP be broken? Or does it always supposed to look jittery?

i saw a sammy led tv at the store 3 weeks abo (55" model) playing transformers blu with this motion enhancer on and it looks retarded.

i like the quality of my plasma MUCH BETTER than some gimmick.
only thing that matters is 24p

Yeah, they really shouldn't show the AMP off, 99% of the time it looks unnatural. The Samsung LEDs are incredible, though.

Refresh rates too....which is another reason why plasmas will look better. But, I have had no problem with keeping my Sammy motion enhancer on Low and liking what I see with my eyes, so at the end of the day, I'm a happy camper!

Plus Don, it's all about the audio anyway.....

Ok, maybe I'm off topic here(if I am I apologize)but when I put the Demo Mode for 120 HZ on, and the screen is split in two(one side 120 on, the other 120 off)I see no difference. How do I know if my 120 HZ is working?
