I'm not watching it because I think Octomom is gross and crazy and I think media giving her attention after her 15 minutes is kind of sick. She needs help, not fame.

For the record I thought the same thing about the Farrah Fawcett snuff special. Even though I like Ms. Fawcett, there are certain things that don't need to be shared publicly such as your final minutes.
