huh, What about Transformers 2 (scary because it was a disappointment)

But back on topic:

I would have to say the year isn't done yet and more is coming, so I will give you my answer by then.

Drag Me to Hell wasn't that scary but there haven't been a lot of horror movies so far this year so I'd have to go with that one.

I was surprisingly happy with The Uninvited. Given the fact the original version was so great and distinctly non-western, I'm very happy with how it came out. It avoided many of the goofy problems that ruined Mirrors and Shutter, and it was pleasantly scary to boot.

The Haunting in Connecticut was predictably bad, while The Unborn looks so completely stupid and unscary that I can't bring myself to see it. I also haven't seen The Collector, but that doesn't look too bad. Drag Me to Hell holds no interest for me, it looks too cheesy (even though it was intentional).

I hated Rob Zombie's first Halloween, so I'm not gonna see the second one. I'm pretty psyched for The Final Destination in 3-D, though!

Didn't even see that movie, wasn't it a PG 13.

It can be PG-13 and still be scary, Drag Me to Hell is considered by many including myself to be the scariest movie of the year so far. It didn't scare me but most horror movies don't so see it and judge for yourself.

I am not saying I didn't see it because its a PG 13 movie. I have seen the Grudge 1 and 2, and bunch other movies. I just haven't gotten around to seeing it.

I haven't watched many horror films at all lately.

I watched Drag me to Hell.. I don't know if I'd even consider it horror, it is more cheesy than anything with gory/gross stuff (throw up isn't scary, it is gross). The Goat was the best part of the entire movie.

So far I'd have to go with Drag Me To Hell.

All I have to say is the "Parking Garage" scene is classic!

I forgot all about the two big slasher remakes! My Bloody Valentine 3-D was really, really fun, but not actually scary. But I found the new Friday the 13th boring and stupid.

No argmument there.. Granted I didn't expect much from the trailers to begin with. You think they could have tried a littler harder to make the twist an actual twist instead of so blatantly obvious..

The movie was nothing but predictable, since the ending was set up for a sequel maybe it will be better then the "Drag Me Through Crap" movie we got
