Default Transformers 2 VS Star trek

which will sell more copies on blu?...transformers is expected to break blu records by beating quantum of solace...but currently they are second place behind star trek which will be release well after a month transformers will be.

I'd guess Star Trek, because imo it appealed to a larger audience (I personally think many kids and far more adults saw it, while not as many adults were interested in Transformers 2, but that's just me). For me, I'll be getting ST and not even raising an eye to T2

I loved both movies, but I think Star Trek will sell more copies. That's my opinion.

I think both will sell pretty good...

I think Transformers 2 will have the upper hand, it appeals to a much larger audience than Star Trek do..

I'll be getting both.

Transformers made more and no doubt a lot of people will buy it, but Trek had more buzz, was better liked by practically everyone, and was also a huge hit. By early next year, you'll see a lot of used copies of Transformers in stores, but I bet very few Trek's.

Star Trek has a Nov 17th(i think?) release date, which will be a great seller for a christmas gift. Both are very good and would probably have similar sales if released on the same day but given the closer to xmas release, star trek will sell more copies.

I enjoyed both movies and will admit that Star Trek was a far better movie. But I think TF2 is gonna take this one. It just appealed to more people and the numbers that it made in theaters alone show that it will do extremely well on blu.

The only one of the two I’ll buy for myself is Transformers, since I really have mixed feelings leaning toward negative where the Star Trek reboot film is concerned.

Star Trek all the way. I'll be buying it for sure. Transformers has got to be the most over-hyped movie I have ever heard of. And by that I mean the original and it's sequel. They both stank terribly and were nothing but noise to my ears. I really think Star Trek may pull through and sell more seeing as it appealed to a way bigger audience. I saw it on opening day for my birthday and the theater was FILLED with people of all ages and all of them seemed to have enjoyed it very much.

Transformers will sell more copies.

I think Star Trek will sell a lot of copies but Transformers' numbers will be untouchable by Star Trek imo.

But we'll see.

I'll be supporting both though

Transfomers 2 will murder Star Trek easily...it made a lot more money in theaters and the first Transformers film is one of the highest selling DVD's/Blu-rays of all time if thats any indicator to how TF2 will sell

I agree. Maybe It's because I didin't have the toy's. Hard to believe we are comparing a movie based on an entire universe of races rules and lore, to one based on a toy and a couple of cartoons.

I'll take Star Trek. No Transformers 2 for me. To many plot holes for my taste.

Transformers will sell more copies...little doubt in my mind. Fanboys will go for the bots, explosions, and M.Fox. I much rather own Star Trek, but it is a moot point since I will be getting both.
