Newbie: TMPGENC4 Authoring and Blu Ray

Hi Everyone

Please forgive a newbie question but having searched on the site, I can't seem to find an answer to this, nor on TMPGENC 4 Authoring Works website (which is truly awful).

I am wanting to create a blu-ray disc but the above software requests I select BDMV Pal (UK / Europe) or BDMV NTSC (USA / Japan etc.). I thought that there was no Pal / NTSC for HD video?

The material I will use is 25fps 1920x1080 progressive.

If I select BDMV Pal (UK / Europe) as the option and create the disc, I believe that the software does not apply a detectable region code, so could this disc be played on an NTSC machine without any issues or do I need to then do the same project again, selecting BDMV NTSC?

It seems you cannot create a project and then transfer the settings in TMPGENC 4 Authoring Works meaning you have to create a new project file from scratch.

Any help would be very much appreciated guys.
