Help me identify this horror/sci-fi movie

I saw a movie on TV a few years ago about giant spiders. I believe it was shown on the Sci-Fi Channel. It featured spiders that seemed to be growing in size. It takes place on a large cargo ship. The scene I remember most is when the ship sinks and you can see a huge spider on the deck before it goes under. I don't remember if this movie was any good or not. The only reason I ask is because my friend mentioned the information above and asked me what the movie was. I would like to know what the movie was too because I also remember seeing it.
