Onkyo TX-SR607 vs Pioneer VSX-1019AH

I apologize if this thread has been done 100 other times, but I really need some expertise from the individuals at blu-ray.com!

I'm about to pull the trigger on my first receiver and have been going back and forth between the two brands. I have used a million resources (CNET, AVS, etc.) and I'd really like to hear just from people who own the systems.

I'm planning on just building my audio system slowly, as I have a 46" Samsung LCD and a PS3 as well. I've purchased two front speakers to start (Polk Monitor 50's) and plan on adding the rest at a later date.

I like the iPod/iPhone and GUI interface features on the Pioneer, and I also like how the Onkyo has the 6 HDMI inputs. I'm looking for a receiver that I can use for years to come, and I appreciate any of your feedback.
