Default Chiller Channel-All horror

My Time Warner cable service recently switched up their channels and I didnt think much of it since they were all in the 135-170 range. Then the next day I was flipping and saw that they FINALLY added Chiller to the lineup. I have been waiting for this forever and it does not disappoint. Its now my start up channel and my go to when nothing else is on.

Thank you Time Warner. I need an all horror channel. I mean if they make one for NASCAR, why not for me?

Good to hear that they finally added it for you. Very good channel. Much better than the lame Fearnet ondemand that Comcast has.

If you have Sci-Fi, then you have pretty much seen all they have to offer. There are a few other shows that I think are original, but they are the Ghosthunters type shows. They do show the old Friday the 13th Series, Freddy's Nightmares, Twilight Zone, Tales from the Darkside and more, which makes it kind of worth while, but mostly when they show movies, they are the crappy Sci-Fi Originals movies. I get this and Fearnet, Fearnet HD. I think Fearnet is pretty good as in the offer unedited movies on demand, but they do have quite a few popups during the movie and have one commercial break toward the middle.

Time Warner had Fearnet on Demand too. I kinda liked it. They had some movies you couldnt see anywhere else, like Night of the Creeps. Too bad, Time Warner dropped it.

Where else can you see "Monsters"? I used to watch that show every week.

The Chiller channel is very nostalgic for me. While they don't hold up to well today, I fondly remember watching Monsters, Tales from the Darkside, and Friday the 13th The Series growing up.

As a horror fan, it is an okay channel. Most of the movies they run do tend to be lame Sci-Fi channel reruns, but they at least show a variety of horror-related tv shows. I absolutely do not like how they run shows of a limited nature. Why show six hours of Wolf Lake one weekend and then not air the entire series?

I just switched from Comcast to AT&T and have it. Do they ever show the old Freddy's Nightmares series? God I miss all those old cheesy horror anthology's from the 80's.

Yes, Freddy's Nightmares is always on. I must have missed that series growing up, but still pretty interesting stories.

I remember watching an episode that explains how Freddy became what he is. The parents of the kids he killed got together and burned him. My favorite episode from the series.

Thats the best episode. It fits right in with the movies. The series holds up pretty well actually.

I was checking to see what's on tonight, and saw that Dead Birds is on Chiller tonight. If you have the channel, this is a pretty decent horror movie.
