Best Buy - NO PS3 Mention in Ad - Blu-ray Forum

So I go into Best Buy to pickup Braveheart and I am looking over their Ad... full page mention of XBox Price drop and deals for XBox.. Not one single mention anywhere of PS3 price drop or anything about the Slim or anything else about PS3 at all except mention of a game being for XBox and PS3 on the XBox Page.

Has Microsoft made a deal with Best Buy and paid them cash to not advertise / promote PS3? Makes you wonder.

On a side note.. Braveheart on Blu was Awesome.

next week, in conjunction with a buy 1 get 1 1/2 off on PS3 games. This week is Xbox's turn

Yup. They were running the Xbox game promotion this week as the ad focus. Nothing sinister going on here.

I agree. I mean, you can't just jump to conclusions saying that the company is biased towards a particular good. I mean Microsoft has done may adverisements regarding the 360 and Sony is starting an £80 million campaign advertising the PS3 in Europe. Its just business.
