Ok after watching it again i felt bad for the kid...its not the kid almost falling out thats funny...its the woman laughing so hard...when he says he is falling out or what not...right at 0:32 she sounds like the joker lol....

and yea there are cameras on some rides..Like so many seconds/minutes of footage and they give you the option to buy it and get it on dvd afterwards if you want.
