I cant figure out how to embedd my picture. So I put itn in my picture profile

Did you try using the attachment (paper clip, next to the smiley)?

To embed a photo in a post click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the reply box, then click the paperclip button at the top-middle of the toolbar (next to the smiley face). A pop-up window will appear where you can upload the photo to the site. Once the photo is uploaded, click in the reply box where you want the photo to be placed and then click the drop-down arrow next to the paperclip to select the uploaded photo.
