Help finding Blu-Ray Player

I need help with finding a good blu-ray player. Here is what I am looking for.

$200.00 or less
Able to bitstream or decode HD Audio formats
Netflix and Amazon streaming ability. (Amazon would be nice, but not required. Netflix is required)

Here is some initial research I have done.
Samsung D5500 - good picture, but does not stream amazon instant video
Panasonic BDT-210 - good picture, but having issues with netflix
Sony - picture quality not good.

Is there something I am missing, or is what I have listed above about it, so I will have to sacrifice something I am looking for?

I would also consider a blu-ray player in the $100 - $125 range, and then add a Roku 2 player for streaming services. Any thoughts on this?

I have no brand preference, and this will hook up to an Onkyo receiver and then to a 73" DLP Television.
