I was in Target yesterday and saw Ice Age 1 & 2 for $14.99 each.

Yea I got mine yesterday from Target for 16.99 each too (11.99 each after coupons)

Definitely YMMV. Called the two Targets here in town and they were $29.99 for IA and $26.99 for IA2.

This price is called a TPC(Temp Price Cut) it goes until at least mid Dec and is a corp wide price cut. Now some stores may not have the signs up, BUT they will ring 16.99.
As far as the 14.99 I have not seen that price in any store so that would be YMMV.
