playback issue - Blu-ray Forum

I have a Samsung BD-P1500 player and was looking forward to watching Crank2. Previews played, but the movie had sound and no picture. I upgraded the firmware to ver.2.4, but still no luck. Other blu-ray movies play just fine. Any suggestions.

there is something wrong with crank 2 just take it back and wait for the problem to get fixed before buying it again
