Default 300 - Region B ???

Hi,

Any news about (300) Region B Blu-ray ??

This issue is pissing me off !! the region 2 movies come out very late compared to the ones with Region 1 codec !!

the movie 300 Blu-ray region A will hit the streets in only 20 days. the region 2 version of the DVD (not Blu-ray) according to Amazon and Play is coming out in 17/09/2007 which is 47 days later, and no sign for Blu-ray!!

Another example is the new amazing bluckbuster ' Transformers ', the Blu-ray version has a page already at Amazon.com, but the Amazon.co.uk doesn't have a page of any kind.

any ideas can help me to do something about that ?

Amazon makes placeholder pages for all kinds of things that haven't been announced because they want to tag you as a future purchaser. They have Star Wars and Indy Blu-Ray, the Trek movies, all kinds of stuff

Thank you gamer4eva for sharing this website and these information... I did a small search on several paramount and warner's blu-ray discs (especially the latest ones) in Amazon.com .... all region FREE ...... thanks man

300 (Warner), stated ( Unknown ) :
http://www.amazon.com/300-Blu-ray-Ge...3974512&sr=8-3

Transformers (Par.), stated Region 1 :
http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-B...3976977&sr=1-1

hope that region code on Transformers is just an expectation , not real .
thank you so much again

-----------------

WickyWoo : thanks.. it is pretty clear, because Transformers BD hasn't been announced yet, there is no piece of information about it at all.

thanks everybody

DR-SA10 , 300 is a warner brothers release and all of their blu ray releases to date have been region free.

but if you want to be on the safe side ezydvd.com.au have it up for preorder for august if you don't mind waiting. and it can be found here www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/793816
