I need to buy this movie but there is no word that if its region free or region A locked. Can anybody please confirm:

This movie made me very confuse. There are so many releases but I dont know which one to get and which one are region free. There is another a bit expensive version but still I am in doubt that if its region free or not:

Also I need to know that does the PQ is identical of both Miramax new release and Disney/Beuna vista old release?
