excellent movie. those see once and that`s it. very sad tale. but touching and strong performances all around. Australia looks stunning. people not so very much...do check out. Willem Dafoe IS The Man

I haven't seen it, but the trailer has me certainly intrigued. I've always liked Willem Dafoe. He's always great, even if the movie he's in is not.

agree.

and as trailers tend to be. it is a bit misleading. but the film is really worth seeing.

Sounds interesting! Too bad that his performance in boondock saints has forever scarred me. I will always view him as a homosexual, cross dressing, opera loving, fbi agent.

Really, really enjoyed this movie...stunning cinematography, and great performances by Willem Dafoe and Sam Neill. I've imported the Australian Blu-ray, I might even double dip on the US release if there are more extras.

name one actor that has not done at least one bad role...and mr. dafoe was good in saints ... IMO

I have the Australian release Blu-ray, it is region locked to B. It looks and sounds great, some very nice extras too.
