Looking for info on this if anyone has it.

Is there anything new about this version or is it just the 2012 disc with new artwork?

Will it feature commentary from Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes? If so, I'm all over it.

Just checked my copy, the disc has a 2012 date on it, so I'd say it's the latter. Also has a card inside with the poster art on it.
