Meh, it was okay IMO, definitely not Tony Scott's best. But personally I'd rent it first.

The folks I viewed it with all liked it. It is always my recommendation to rent when on the fence. The BD quality I'm hoping will be very good but my experience at the local theater left me wanting more for PQ, as usual!

I also think it was okay. I thought it was going to be better. I'd definitely rent it first.

I would rent it first, I would never re-watch that movie, once is enough.

Yeah, I'm a big Denzel fan, and once was easily enough for me. This one doesn't have much of a replay value for me.

Nothing is ever a good blind buy, I've learned in my experience buying movies based solely on the reviews of others, thanks to different preferences and tastes.

Rental at best. Denzel's performance was rather dull. Travolta made the movie at least entertaining at a few points.

It was OK.

Personally though I think the original with Robert Shaw and Walter Matthau is better.
