Default problematic drive

Hey everyone. I'm trying to see what some others think before I send my blu-ray drive back for a replacement.

My computer will play 95% of the Blu-rays I put in. However, everytime someone comes over to watch something it decides it doesn't want to play that particular movie.

It would play the following:
Planet Earth, Wanted, The Kingdom, Gladiator, The Borne Identity, Spiderman, Spiderman 2, Spiderman 3, Bourne Ultimatum, Crash, American Psycho, Night at the Museum, Gran Torino, I am Legend, Crank, Quantum of Solace, Casino Royale, Enemy at the Gates, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Wedding Crashers, Hustle and Flow, Underworld, Memento

It fails me on:
Bourne Supremacy, Bourne Identity, will edit this post as I find more. I'm currently scanning my entire blu-ray collection which is like 200 movies. Both of these movies play fine on the PS3. Both of these movies are also NOT recognized by Windows. It just changes the little icon to "BD-ROM" but won't load anything, and won't let me explore it or anything. It shows up in disk management

It also failed to load Forgetting Sarah Marshall the other night, but now suddenly works, so I guess I have to count this in the win column...

My setup is this:
Windows 7 Enterprise
PowerDVD 9 Ultra
Total Theatre 3 (but this fails in windows 7) I'm keeping it just because it makes me feel like my computer reads more blu-rays when I have it.
Lite-On iHos 104-08 (there aren't any firmware updates for this)
Core 2 Quad (2.5 GHz)
ATI Radeon HD2400
6GB Ram
HDMI output to LG plasma screen

If you have any other questions please ask. I've been researching for days, and I'm stuck. Thanks in advance.
