Question HD-DVDs that haven't been ported to Blu-ray? HD-DVDs that are superior to Blu-ray?

Hey guys, as someone who owns a combo player, I'd be interested to know about any films/other stuff that were released on HD-DVD but still haven't had a Blu-Ray release. I already know this is the case for:

-Carlito's Way
-Carlito's Way: Rise To Power
-Smallville Season 5

I was also wondering if there were some HD-DVD releases that were actually superior to their Blu-Ray counteparts, for whatever reason (Image/Audio quality, packaging, special features, etc...). For example the King Kong HD-DVD as special features while the Blu-Ray doesn't (though the Blu-Ray apparently has better picture quality).

Any and all help is welcome, thanks!
