sony HT-SS360

i have a sony ht-ss360 and i love it movies sound great. for my apartment anywya i can turn it to about 12. and people below me will bang on the celing it sounds great on moves. perfect sound out of all 5 speakers an the sub. now while im in tv mode watching regular cable i can get sound out of 3 speakers. and the sub but the rear two the sound is very low. ive ran calibration setting an cant get it much higher. but while in blu ray mode or for my games. i get the full sound effect out of every speaker

could there be a setting im missing? ive tride the sound modes and everything. read the book and cant get it to work any better.

im using a tso cable to connect it to the tv. ive got a samsung 46 inch LED LCD tv. anyone have any ideas what i could do
