How long does it take for PlanetAxel to get new stock?

There's been a few problems with them concerning my Batman Begins steelbook.
I place the order for it on March 29th (release date) when they had loads of stock. Nothing turned up the following week, so I emailed them with my order number. They said through some error on their system that they had received the payment, but not the order (WTF? ), so I was given a voucher equal to the amount I had already paid, plus P&P and replaced the order. This was on April 3rd when they still had stock.

Now, I have just recieved an email saying the following:

I am just wondering how long it will take as so far, been a little less than impressed with them.
