Shelves or Cases for My Collection.

My Blu-ray and DVD collection has grown significantly within the short few years I've been actively acquiring them. Up until now, I've been storing them atop a couple shelves of bookcases and stacking them on top of tabletop furniture and even my coffee table and closets. But I really want to place them within a proper shelving system, cabinet or case that is designed to store Blu-ray discs, DVDs, CDs and maybe even a few of my large hardcover books.

It should be made of reasonably high-quality material and make organizing the items within easy. I want something moderately priced, a good value for the money. I estimate that I have (very roughly) about 400 BDs and DVDs with a handful of PS3 video games. Most of them are in standard plastic blu, clear video game, or keep cases, but many were issued as Blu-ray books (Amadeus, Bonnie and Clyde, Dr Strangelove,...) or in oversize or other special packaging (Blade Runner, Gone with the Wind, the Hitchcock Masterpiece Collection, The Twilight Zone and Dick Van Dyke Show complete series box sets,...), so this new storage system must take that into account. I live in a relatively large apartment, so a system with modest to moderate physical dimensions would be preferred. Something that will last with decent care. And my collection keeps growing every month.

What would you recommend? (Preferably a product you own yourself.)

I also have a large collection of about 300 (?) CDs that I've been wanting to move to their own space as well. What do you think for that?
