Why isn't Castle Season 1 on Blu-Ray!?!

Other than Fringe this is my favorite new show from last year. Disney releases it on DVD but not Blu-ray? Even though the theme is murder, the series embraces the best of what we are with humor, compassion and a little bit of "joie de vivre". The show looks sharp and would be amazing on Blu-ray. It wouldn't take much to transfer this series. This is a show for sophisticated adults who just happen to want EVERYTHING on Blu-ray cause DVD just doesn't cut it anymore. To their credit ABC did re-run it this summer. It makes me wonder if there aren't greater forces involved to ruin a great show, just like Enterprise, Sarah Connor Chronicles or Firefly. Each one had the same thing in common, great actors/characters and a true understanding of the human condition. What do you think?
