Question Where to rent Blu-ray discs?

Alright, so I have an HDTV, and purchased my PS3 primarily for gaming. However, I would like to take advantage of Blu-ray as much as possible. I never buy movies, but I often rented VHS/DVDs durring their respective time periods. I don't watch them enough to spend $29.99 on them. I would like to be able to do my rentals using Blu-ray. I don't belong to Netflix/Blockbuster Online, and I really would prefer not to join if possible (again, not worth it to me). My local blockbuster said they're online only still, and they don't have any yet. So if anyone can tell me where I could possibly rent these, that would be great. Right now I have a Hollywood video about 10 minutes down the road. I'm going to check with them tomorrow.

Thanks,
sc7

My local Blockbuster just started renting them last week (I just found that out tonight!) and ended up renting X-Men 3. Hope it's any good! I also belong to Blockbuster online and the deal with them is you rent a movie through them and you can send them back in the mail OR return them to the Blockbuster and get an EXTRA free rental at the store! Call your local Blockbuster and ask them if they rent Blu-Rays yet and if not, ask them if any other local one rent them yet. I live in Orange County, California BTW.

I've rented over 100 movies from netflix, i think there's no need to buy movies just to have them on a shelf getting dust, whenever i want to see it again i can have it the next day.

For me, Netflix gave me TOO MANY problems! There were a couple I NEVER received and one movie they sent me the wrong one!

I used to rent from Netflix for about 3 years and just recently swithed to Blockbuster. Being able to rent movies in-store is a great plus, specially on long weekends
