Play.com now have two listings up for Inception Blu-ray, one being the normal 'triple play, with dvd, digital copy etc' and the second being called 'Online Pre-Order Exclusive Special Edition'.

Might not be a SteelBook as unfortunately it doesnt say much else about it at the moment but I have my fingers crossed that it is

Whatever it is, looks like it'll be a pre-order exclusive, ala Avatar.

If it does turn out to be a steelbook, it will be yet another UK release I get instead of the American release.

While I would love to get this, I really hope Best Buy has one too so I don't have to import it and pay for shipping and all that.

They don't bother me that much since my steelbooks are with my normal blu-ray movies and I don't really see the front of the cases that much.

I think they're awesome, don't know why, I think they just look cool.

As for this being a steelbook, I doubt it, but I'll bet you anything this movie gets a steelbook.

WB locks their movies though, don't they? Doubt you'll be able to watch a Future Shop or Best Buy steel.

I'm not fussy about Steelbooks, I've only got 1 or 2 (not sure if Reservoir Dogs counts as a steelbook) I'll just take the movie, I think I'm only going to get the Steelbook of Kick-Ass because the UK cover art is so hideous

But isn't that the whole point of SteelBooks™ so that you can admire the artwork on front?

Hopefully if they did release a steelbook in the UK, they can do a similar thing like the Highlander book where a card sleeve slipped over the steelbook with the info and age ratings on. When taken off you see the full beauty of the steelbook!

Why cant there just have them as stickers like they did for the Star Trek steelbook.
