Great Emmanuelle Review. Any news of a BD of Emmanuelle II (aka "Joys Of A Woman")?

Many thanks for the great Emmanuelle BD review. The disc truly is super and looks great. Any news of a forthcoming BD release for Emmanuelle II (aka "Joys Of A Woman")? Many think that's the better one of the Sylvia Kristel Emmanuelles.

Man, I remember the first time I saw Emmanuelle, it was the first time I got drunk. That was back in Thanksgiving 2001. And it was on HBO or Cinemax.

Subtract 25 years from "first time" and amplify the impact X3 of viewing it in a post sixties, but still uptight world, where the VHS tape deck had just started to make it possible for people to experience films in their own homes...

I love both this and part 2. I had them on VHS in the early 90's, and now I have them on DVD. I'm not sure I'll buy them on Blu-ray though, as I don't think the upgrade from DVD to Blu-ray would be that drastic. But, I could be wrong.

I have not seen any preliminary plans for a BD release of the sequel. However, we follow Canal's output very closely, so if they announce a BD release of Emmanuelle II, we will have a dedicated thread here, and then a review.
