Fallout 3 DLC problem

So I bought Operation anchorage, and I loaded up Fallout 3, and now I cant do the quest. My level cap got raised but no quest will appear. Anyone know why?

I remember reading about this awhile back - found this for you on the xbox forums:

"Once the DLC is downloaded, the quest objective for Operation: Anchorage will be activated by a radio broadcast stating, "This is Defender Morrill, any Outcasts listening on this frequency report to sector 7-B, Bailey's Crossroads. This is a high-priority message, backup is needed at our location. Any personnel listening on this frequency please report at once." A marker will appear on the world map but the player cannot immediately fast-travel to the location to begin the simulation. The DLC can be played at any time after the player exits Vault 101 at the beginning of the game. After completing the simulation, new equipment will be unlocked for the player to use in the rest of the game.

Be sure to check your radio signals. If you havent gotten it yet, try fast traveling to Megaton then waiting 10-15 mins (max)."

I'm waiting for the GOTY edition myself. But I always have the radio going. Having it on helped me find the alien crashed UFO with the ray gun, a happy little find.

that gun makes the game tons easier, you dont really have to deal with the deathclaws anymore, at least thats what i saved my shots for, and the occasional trooper too

im really trying to decide if i should buy the DLC from PSN or just gamefly the GOTY edition

I thought about doing that too, but so far Gamefly hasn't listed that to be an option.

hopefully they get around to it soon, id really like to play, but i do have a lot of other games on my list that i can run through while im waiting

Yes, it takes place right after the main game is finished.

It was so long ago I can't remember what enemy it was but I killed it over the bulk of the ammo for that and saved Couldn't drag it off and wouldn't let me pick it up But oh well at that point of the game everyone goes down in 1-3 shots from the plasma rifle anyway.
