It looks like the first animated classic will be Sleeping Beauty.

Expect Snow White probably in 2009.

Myself, I can't wait for Beauty and the Beast.

Aladdin and Lion King are the two best Disney movies ever. Toy Story 1 and 2 would be cool as well.

Beauty and the Beast is the best Disney movie ever, heck, it's one of the best movies ever fullstop!

The only animated movie to ever get nominated for a best picture oscar, and it's desperately in need of a release on a format like Blu Ray because the original DVD release was highly compressed due to them including 3 versions of the film on one disc.

Never really rated Finding Nemo that highly. Mind, I'm more a fan of classic 2D animation than 3D films, so I can't wait to see some 2D animation on Blu Ray. I don't really consider the Pixar stuff to be Classic Disney.

Right I know that, however everytime one of these Disney threads pop up someone ALWAYS says Finding Nemo, so I thought since it is enevitable, I would be the first to do it! Whoo-hoo for me!

[insert self gratification here]

But seriously, a remastered remaster of the remaster of the original of Tron would be nice.

Sword and the Stone and Robin Hood for me! Of course, I have three boys, so those Disney princess classics don't really appeal to me...yet, as a daughter has just come out of the oven.

I will agree with the Prince that Beauty and the Beast is one if not the best
2d feature ever the voice over cast in the film were top market actors and did a great job.

'Beauty and the Beast' is overrated.

I'll rather watch 'Lady and the Tramp'. Now that's frickin' art!

Before you say something, take another look at the details they put into this movie. Look at the wooden flooring, the chairs, the bed, the grass, the house and everything. So detailed.

That's why I truly believe it will shine on the Blu-ray more than most of the animated movies. Another one would have to be Bambi.
