This new one came out yesterday; has anyone played it? I'm curious how similiar it is to the Force Unleashed.

Played the demo. It's terrible. The games a 2D/3D brawler. Combat boils down to hack and slash with the jedi and run and gun with the clones. And once in a while you have to knock a boulder over or pull a switch with the force. It's really basic and really bad.

Download the Demo first and give it a try.I played it for about and hour this morning and just couldn't get into it.

Not what I expected at all.

Yeah I was very dissapointed with the demo. The graphics suck also. It looks like a wii or PS2 game at best.

This game was terrible. Gamespot reviewed it and they gave it a 3.5.

What a bummer...thanks everyone. Call me noobish but I've never done it; do you download a demo by going through the psn network on the main menu?

Decided to give it a chance on the PC due to the much lower price and am mixed. The graphics are not just PS2/Wii quality but bad PS2/Wii quality and the back of the box on PC claims it is supporting DX10

Also confused about the Teen rating when even on the hardest setting this is clearly a dumbed down game for kids. That being said there still is some fun to be had. Mostly in the clone trooper levels which control like the top down dual stick shooters.

Okay I bit an bought without trying the demo and I like it. It is really, really simple but it's fun, and you get to play as a number of jedi. Also the clone trooper missions are really fun when you are running and gunning. I CAN see why people think this game sucks, but if you're die-hard into star wars you should have a good time with this. For the record I think this kicks the crap out of lego star wars.

LOL...when reading up about it on the internet I kept reading that people like it more than Lego.
