Which one to get Saw VI or Smokin' Aces Collection? - Blu-ray Forum

I got a Best Buy gift card and I still have some money on it. I cannot get both because I had pre-ordered Silent Hill Shattered Memories and after months of delay, it comes out next week. So my money that I can freely spend is going to that. So, which do I get?

I heard if you like the Saw movies, 6 is one of the best ones. I'll be checking it out on a download first, and buying on sale if it's that good.

The only way I'm getting SA2 is if I decide to pick up the BB 2-pack for $30.

I heard Saw 6 was really good... i mean, if you're a Saw fan... then go for it! I'm a lil bias as well as i thought Smokin Aces was TERRIBLE

Personally, I'd skip the Smokin' Aces collection (the prequel is from the director of the abysmal DTV Lost Boys sequel), and pick up Saw VI and the original Smokin' Aces.

I can't do Amazon, the money is on Best Buy Gift Card. I know that the guy who did Lost Boys 2 made Smokin' Aces 2. If I get the collection, I kill two birds and get the first film on BD and get the second film which is new. But, I really enjoyed Saw VI too. It was a great entry in the series. So, very conflicted on which one to buy.

I personally am getting Saw VI. I saw it twice in the theaters, and I agree, it's one of the best of the series (probably behind Saw II, or even the original). More than made up for Saw V... even if the box office didn't

Saw VI then. Even if I have a Gift Card I don't often Blind Buy something.

If you're still torn, I'd wait until the week of the Smokin' Aces release and check for User Reviews before you opt to kill two birds with one stone.

i voted smokin' aces collection but what i really meant was get the 1st smokin' aces. it's alot better then saw 6

Smokin' Aces 1 was awesome, 2 was meant to be shit, but I would still go for the Aces.

The first Saw was ok, Second, was alright, now they have made four more tourture movies. Great. When is the next Tomb Raider out?

Yeah, well, there's six days to go. It seems cheaper to just get the two pack since it's going to be $30 at Best Buy and it's going to be like $25 for the individual copy of Smokin' Aces 2. More or less, I'm wanting to get it since I haven't seen the second film. I know people have all ready said the second film sucks, but I'll judge it when I see it; plus it's got a decent cast for a straight to video flick; plus it has three cast members from the first film. Plus, I luckily got rid of my DVD copy of the first film since they announced it's BD release.

You can always pick up the Smokin' Aces Collection and rent Saw VI ala Blockbuster or Netflix.

Wait until the price drops on Saw VI and buy it later.
