Nice. Have not decided if I will buy. They are good movies, but not sure I would watch them over and over.

I think 60 would be a resonable price for it, can't wait for it to come out.

Yes, we noted that date in a different thread and noted it's probably a mistake. Most likely it's the "pre-book" thread, and the day they can list the item for sale. More likely it will be available in Nov or Dec.

i should probably keep my mouth shut but $29.99 x 3 = $89.97

anyway, i would pay $24.99 at most for each if they are like the POTC blu-rays w/ 2 discs, otherwise $19.99 each.

SONY is aiming for $89.99 (that would make sense, since the prices of BD movies cost closely to 30 bucks.) even if it matches that price it would be a good deal (hell, way better than $217 for season 1 of star trek on HDDUD).

The sony rep. mentioned that this would be the price tag of all spidey (1 to 3). but still it is not guaranteed. he also mentioned that October is the earliest release possible for it (sorry no link, I went to the NATO conference, and they are never 100% with their announcement, so don't depend on this.) common sense spidey 1 and 2 were released on october in the US, so expect the possibility of it being released during that month.

Well play.com have both Spiderman 3 and the Spiderman boxset down for 15th October which probably seems about right. Either way, should be a cracking release.. can't wait to see those on Blu-ray... should be just stunning!

I hope its not $89 i think its kind of high IMO. I even think 60 is high. I just hope they start lowering the prices down for these movies. Spidey 1 is what 4 yrs + old i think it should be around $19.99 for the 1st two and maybe $23 for the last one. Im just wishing though

DVDs cost the same (adjusted for inflation) in 1998. $24-34.95 SRP each. No discount for box sets.
