Default Anyone have the Sony HT-CT100 soundbar?

A few days ago I bought the Sony HT-SS360 home theater system, but I only need 3 speakers and the subwoofer due to a lack of space. I was considering returning it and getting the Sony HT-CT100 Soundbar. The reason I'm considering returning my SS360 is because every once in a while I hear a split second of crackle from one of the speakers, especially when there are sudden loud sound effects sometimes and it doesn't happen often. Would that soundbar be a downgrade to what I recently bought.

I now not considering getting the CT-100 soundbar. I found a good deal on a Yamaha 5.1 speakers bundled with a Yamaha 5.1 RX-V465 Receiver.

Does this also not fall foul of your lack of space? Are the Yamaha speakers smaller than the Sony ones cos the Sony ones I've seen are pretty small?
