Placed an order at Amazon.com; when will it arrive? - Blu-ray Forum

i ordered the two weeks ago and they still have not been shipped. what is taking so long? is it because i pre ordered the Fifth element or something?

Did you use super-saver shipping? If so, they will ship them in one package, and they have to wait for all items to become available to ship. So the pre-order may have done, but it could be another item that wasn't in stock at the moment, too.

yeah i thought that it must be the pre order but it is starting to make me mad. my best buy is having a sale and i can get all the movies i ordered for the same price at BB instead of waiting for a month.

Well, you do have three options:
1) Cry about it.
2) Modify your amazon order and mark to ship items as they become available (additional shipping may apply)
3) Cancel the order online and drive to BB and purchase them.
