trying to print coupons but. . .

Can someone help me, my black ink just ran out so i replaced it in my printer, its a epson stylus nx515. But now when I print theres a gap about every inch apart where it doesnt it print and theres a streaking gap. How do i fix this????

Also i did alignmnt check and nozzle check and a head cleaning
