I was wondering if there is a list of discs in the US that have been replaced by the manufacturer due to defects. I know the following have been replaced but are there any others?

The Fifth Element
Starship Troopers
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl

theres the issue with the duplicate/mislabeled 5th disc in blade runner. but i dont know if thats what you mean necessarily

Some of them had a duplicate of disc 1 where disc 5 was supposed to be.

I've heard about problems with Fifth Element and Starship Troopers, what happened with The Pirates disc?

Misframed. Disney will still exchange misframed copies for the properly framed BDs.

Air Force One - Missing English subtitles for Russian only portions.

I had that on Lost Season 4 but not 3.

Iron Man
What Happens In Vegas

In my Iron Man, sound clicked in and out.
In What Happens In Vegas, it would go to the main menu and I'd click PLAY and then the movie would play with colors switching between color and blue. They looked like the Na'vi from Avatar haha

Bought Iron Man first day at Blockbuster (I knew the manager there and got it for $16.99 release day)
Bought What Happens In Vegas at Best Buy for $19.99 for my friend, and I was going to watch it with her but that problem happened. Not a very good movie though, but she liked it and that's all that matters I suppose.

I don't know if I have the corrected version or not. If not, then I want to buy the corrected version I guess.
