No time stamp on trophies - Blu-ray Forum

I apologize for reposting. I asked this in another thread but no one seemed to have an answer so i thought i would make separate thread for it, I hope someone has the answer =P

I recently got the YLOD on my PS3, i got it repaired and retained all my data. However, any trophy I earn now has no time stamp on it. Any time I put in a game it also gets bumped to the end of the trophy list. They are arranged by most recently played so I guess it is putting a time stamp of nothing on that too.

Since the PSN went down I earned plenty of trophies offline before i got the YLOD and they were and still are all properly time stamped. The issue started when I got the PS3 back from repair. Everything else works perfectly including the internet connection and the date/time.

Any ideas what the is problem?

Anyone think this is a sign of a bigger problem?

I believe it's because the time hasn't synced to the internet. When PSN goes back online, you can set the time via the internet and all trophies from then on will have a time stamp. Unfortunately the ones you've already gotten will not have one.

Maybe your stamper needs ink?

Is this system verified and registered with PSN?

but ya, i mean i had it since a little after launch. Then YLOD happen and after i got it fixed this happen, cant re-verify without PSN

I got the message:

"The current date and time could not be obtained (8002A203)"

Im assuming you have to be connected to PSN to sync it because regular internet browser works just fine

are the trophies i earn like this still going to sync up correctly without a timestamp?

This is why I haven't and won't play my ps3 until the PSN is back up. Fear of losing trophies offline (and if heaven forbid, my ps3 were to brick).

So this could be the reason why I don't see any of my GOW 3 trophies. I started playing it again yesterday to clean up some trophies and noticed I didn't have any trophies even though I have already beat the game. I hope when PSN comes back up this will be fixed.

It most likely is PSN related, however its not quite the same issue i have, none of my trophies have disappeared
