A good week with one film per day would look like this:
Angst (1983, Gerald Kargl) Dead Ringers (1988, David Cronenberg) Possession (1981, Andrzej Zulawski) Tenebre (1982, Dario Argento) The Shining (1980, Stanley Kubrick) The Thing (1982, John Carpenter) Videodrome (1983, David Cronenberg) |

![]() ![]() ![]() The Nesting (1981) and The Hearse (1980) Not reference horror material but both fulfil plenty of "requirements" for a fun double feature at the drive-in: a bit on the campy side, plenty of cheap thrills and jump scares with two sympathetic female leads facing all kind of horror and the supernatural. Both movies also have strong similarities and themes, making it a perfect pairing for the drive-in. Last edited by Leslie Dame; 09-14-2021 at 11:20 PM. |

Drive ins to me are synonomus with summer so any movies set during that season, or featuring cars for that matter seem up my ally.
Lost Boys comes to mind Night of the Creeps |
