Default Buying Sony BRAVIA - KDL-40XBR9 Package at Best Buy - If I Find A Buyer

I am sort of excited... I plan on buying this Best Buy package.

KDL-40XBR9
BDV-E500W
BDP-S560

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Sony+40%...=10&loc=Sunday

Thing is... I don't want the BDV-E500W - Sony - BRAVIA 1000W 5.1-Ch. Home Theater System with Blu-ray Disc Player

So, it listed for $799.99 at Best Buy... if I can find a buyer on Craigslist for $750... I will buy this package.

I would be getting the LCD TV KDL-40XBR9 and Blu-Ray player BDP-S560 for about $1200.

Is this a good deal if I sell the home theater system? I think so??

What about this, TV is just as good IF NOT better and the blu-ray player is just as good and then you save money and don't have to try and sell the HTiB.

You should not have an issue ordering from these guys, you can also ask Crackinhedz, but they are very reputable. Yes its not the immediate return, but I believe they will send you the new one and the delivery guys will pick up the damaged one. I order online all the time and have only had one issue with a speaker grill being broken.

Just checked free shipping UPS Ground, $49 for front door scheduled deivery. $200 white glove and they bring it in your house unpack it and take the trash with them....

Do you have a Sony Style in your area, they dont do the free surround sound, they give you an $800 gift card instead.

Well... I bought the package deal today. I have moved the 40" Sony BRAVIA KDL-40XBR4 to the first floor front room.

So, the old TV is on a new stand I also bought today. Looks incredible!

Getting of the 36" Sony WEGA tube seems to make the room look classer.

I will hook up the new KDL-40XBR9 as soon as I finishing cleaning the first floor... this is my winter/Christmas cleaning... love when the freaking house is spotless.

I bought a 52xbr9 from amazon in August and it is just a teriffic tv. You will really enjoy this tv. Put some hours on it then get it calibrated for an even better piucture.

I really hope I can sell this Sony home theater system... it lists for $799.99 and I put it up on Craigslist for $650...

It will just help reduce the cost of the TV and Blu-Ray player for me...

You might get $550 for that on craigslist. Amazon and orther sites have it for $600 shipped. I would honestly keep it. I have heard this sony setup and was really impressed. I am thinking of buying it myself.

Did you get any clouding on the xbr.

My XBR4 has no clouding and has been an incredible TV...

I have not opened the XBR9 yet... we were cleaning the whole house and have not touched the new TV yet... sad!

Don't scare me with clouding... AAARRGH!

If you get some clouding on your XBR do some tweaking of the Backilight and set the Advanced Contrast enhancer to either off or low and it will solve the problem. I did that to my V5100 and it fixed the problem.
