Where do I stand? - Blu-ray Forum

My fiancee picked up a copy of Fear 2 on PS3 in a HMV sale some time in september.. she has just gone to wrap it (guess it was a birthday gift) and there is no booklets or disc in the box..

She does not have the receipt.. all we have is the label on the back stating it's from HMV and the price..

Do you guys think it's worth trying to take it up with the store?

Are you just trying to return it for another copy?

Yeah or a refund, problem is proving that there was never a disc in the box.

You might as well try it. The worst that can happen is that they tell you no. It's an excellent game by the way.

I'd say give it a shot at the least, otherwise you'll be out the money you spent on it.
