My top moment was Hit-Girl going down the hallway in Frank's apartment. One minute she's hiding, pensive all those armed men approaching her. The next she explodes down the hallway like a missile killing everyone in sight. It gives me a chill every time I watch it.

I agree, definitely the end of Toy Story 3, has to be my favorite movie moment of the year. I cried watching that scene at the theaters. Glad I was wearing those 3D glasses. Watched that Blu the most this year! Also, the climactic endings of The King's Speech, Black Swan and final fight in The Fighter. Pretty much every dream sequence in Inception was cool! I love it!

[Show spoiler]The final moments of the film, whilst I wish the whole film was shot in 3d to an extent, the final shoot with the sun coming up is simply beutifull and it 'only' bieng in 2d really deffrintiates it from the stunning lookning world of the Grid.

[Show spoiler]Tommy (Andrew Garfield), a clone, screams in the road at night after learning there is no chance of a "deferral" from organ donation. Kathy (Carey Mulligan), his childhood sweetheart, comforts him.

127 Hours

[Show spoiler]The scene where Aron Ralston (played by James Franco in an AMAZING performance) breaks and then amputates his arm. What's stunning is how this scene, despite the graphic violence, is so -inspiring-. It's down to self-amputation or death, and it's amazing to see a man have the courage to inflict so much pain on himself in the name of survival.

Somewhere

[Show spoiler]The trip to Italy, including the absurd awards ceremony and the sceen where Cleo (Elle Fanning) shoots her movie-star father (Stephen Dorff) disapproving, "WTF?" glances when there is an unexplained woman at breakfast.

Legend of the Guardians : Soren's first foray into the currents, for a few moments it seems you are watching a real life owl. This movie got a bad rap IMO, I loved it.
