Spoken like a true Fios customer. I love the Internet service, but getting the bill in the mail each month actually instills dread and fear in me. My initial bill was not corrected for six months from what they promised, and took literally days of phone calls to fix.

Robbers...
er... Rogers. The biggest pain in the @$$ of dealing with any company {yes, Bell included} in Canada. I trust them about as far as I can comfortably spit a live cockroach. We're talking about guys that own a cable company as well, and when the government regulatory board came in to try and tell them that it's possible they could have to pay independent stations to carry them {give or take a few percent of their profits in the year} they passed the charge on to the customer BEFORE they were told to do it. I call that, 'pre-screwing' Logan |

Road Runner from Time Warner Cable (NYC)
A lot of people complain about them here but I'm still not exactly sure why. As an ISP they are awesome. I downloaded over seven hundred gigs in one month once and they didn't say a thing. As far as FIOS goes, you gotta haggle 'em. They give you sweet deals if you bargain with them. My friend got the 25mbps/15mbps deal with TV and telephone service for 120 plus taxes and fees but they also gave him Showtime, Starz, and The Movie Channel free for life. He had Time Warner prior so maybe he had leverage during negotiations. |
