The cost of the Blu-ray drive is definitely wrong, I don't know what kind of BD-ROM drive costs $66 these days, they are about $28 to produce, and $40 to purchase in bulk with all royalties paid.

The cost of that HDD looks too high as well, $38 for 120GB is a lot as retail pricing for a 5400RPM 2.5" drive is around $40, so the bulk pricing discount will be bigger than that.

Not sure what's in "other components" but it looks quite high, so I'll see if I can get a proper breakdown of that.

RSX pricing looks too low, I think the latest price is $56 or around that, the one in the Slim is even higher if anything as it uses a less mature process node (from 8 months ago).
